Description
You will join the Regional GrabAds SMB Strategy & Planning team, focusing on supporting business development and creating strategic plans to build self-serve ads.
The team collaborates closely with various departments, including GrabAds, Product, Marketing, Food & CE, and other partners, to identify effective advertising solutions for merchants.
Reporting to the Manager for Self-Serve Business Strategy and Planning, you will help support regional business development and create strategies to boost self-serve ad growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to meet targets.
- Establishing and managing performance goals, defining Goals, and aligning them across departments to support business growth.
- Co-creating and executing strategies and special projects to enhance business potential through cross-functional and regional collaboration.
- Developing and managing demand planning initiatives to improve customer lifecycle and grow the account base.
- Fostering advertiser growth by developing strategic plans to boost ad loyalty on the platform.
- Taking a long-term view of market positioning and targeting relevant market segments.
- Managing regular business reviews and providing executive updates for leadership agreement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, market research, or consulting.
- Strong analytical aptitude to evaluate data, set goals, and guide business strategies.
- Solid understanding and previous experience in digital advertising.
- Proven ability to work across different teams and gather competitive insights from various stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects efficiently.
