We are seeking an experienced Service Manager - Professional Standards and Quality Assurance to join our Social Care team in Bexleyheath, London Borough of Bexley, Greater London, England.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in quality assurance, practice development, and supporting others to achieve good and outstanding practice standards. You will enjoy problem-solving, believe in restorative approaches, and have strong leadership skills to influence others to continuously strengthen practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading others to develop skills and confidence in working with children and families
- Valuing the voice of children and families and lived experience to inform practice development
- Developing strong leadership skills to influence others to ensure practice is continuously strengthened
- Working as part of a team and autonomously
- Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing work environment
