Description
The Sr. Manager, Quality Engineering leads a team responsible for quality standards, shared frameworks, and adoption guidelines. This role oversees the design and implementation of testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns to address distributed computing challenges, including end-to-end and integration testing.
Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements and develop functional and technical design documentation.
- Design and implement testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns, including end-to-end and integration tests.
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.
- Ensure team productivity, predictability, and delivery of high-quality results.
- Review code and maintain accountability for the team’s development and testing activities.
- Participate in proof of concepts and technical evaluations of new technologies.
