Description
We are seeking Funeral Service Crew and Arrangers to join our team at Co-op Funeralcare, located at 679 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield, London, SW17 0PB.
As a Funeral Service Crew member, you will be responsible for collecting the deceased, preparing them for viewings and funerals, and transporting them to the funeral location. You will also be required to maintain client management applications, inputting detailed and timely information to keep records up-to-date.
As a Funeral Arranger, you will build and maintain positive relationships with clients, support them in person and over the phone, and arrange family visits. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming, and that all regulated work is referred to the Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
As a Mobile Funeral Arranger, you will travel to meet clients, build and maintain positive relationships with the community, and ensure that the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Requirements:
- a full UK manual driving licence (for Funeral Service Crew)
- access to your own car (for Mobile Funeral Arranger)
- good IT skills
- ability to perform physical aspects of the role
- ability to react calmly and compassionately in emotional circumstances
Roles and Rates:
- Funeral Service Crew: £14.99 hourly rate, 2 x 12-month contract Full-time roles, 3 x Permanent Full-time roles, 1 x Part-time role
- Funeral Arranger: £15.22 hourly rate, 1 x Part-time role
- Mobile Funeral Arranger: 2 x Part-time roles
