The Associate Deal Manager for Brand Partnerships will oversee the deal follow-up and ensure proper execution.
Main missions:
- Support brand partnership activities for America alongside the Hunters in charge of this market.
- Oversee and interact daily with partners across various domains: technical, operational, and financial setup, submission of products/agreements to key stakeholders, and timeline updates.
- Update different Ubisoft stakeholders on key milestones and information on the deals, establish and communicate key dates, and ensure smooth submission of marketing assets between the partner and the marketing team.
- Coordinate with the legal team and Hunters regarding contract updates and commercial terms.
Transversal Missions:
- Engage with the marketing team to refine strategies and boost overall performance.
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to define the scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline for new initiatives.
- Identify critical needs of cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
- Analyze and evaluate risks across programs, propose mitigation strategies, and deliver detailed reports to managers and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, providing tailored solutions to every challenge.
- Well-known for being a team player and enjoy acting as a business accelerator and facilitator.
- Excel at working with cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering harmonious and effective collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
