Description
As a Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality, representing it in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers.
- Build and execute a tailored campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university.
- Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals.
- Identify local collegiate content creators in relevant Red Bull scenes and work with your FMS to bring them into the World of Red Bull.
- Grow the user base through product sampling and answering consumer questions.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.
- Increase brand engagement on social media handles through authentic content.
- Be a Sales Expert: build relationships with local sales account managers, collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, and leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind.
- Executional Excellence: deliver executional excellence, share ideas, and contribute to business development.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid US driver's license
- University or college enrollment required
- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
- Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape
- Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus
- Affinity for project management, sales, and winning
- Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits
Hourly rate: $21.00/hour
