Description
We are seeking a skilled II Cozinheiro to join our team at Novotel SP Berrini in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily menu items by cooking, grilling, and roasting food according to received demands.
- Assemble individual dishes, buffets, trays, and distribute them to consumption areas.
- Perform pastry activities, preparing desserts, cakes, etc.
- Monitor buffet consumption and replenish food as necessary.
- Collect food at the end of services from both buffet and kitchen, and send it to the appropriate destination.
- Apply relevant food safety practices.
- Supervise the Kitchen Auxiliary.
- Execute other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Complete high school education.
