Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our APJ Field Sales team based in Tokyo, Japan. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, designing long-term account strategies, and proposing Zscaler solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build trust relationships with customers' senior executives
- Design long-term account strategies based on customers' goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop account plans that reflect customers' needs
- Understand customers' businesses, propose specific goals, and present Zscaler solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strategic sales experience, including engagement with corporate customers and sales to senior executives
- Business-level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, conversation)
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML technology and experience in utilizing AI-driven solutions

- Established network with existing customers or prospects
- Deep understanding of customers' purposes and challenges
- Knowledge of strategic sales planning and experience in acquiring new customers
- Specific AI-related skills or experience in using AI in sales
