Description
We are seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee properties at Stonegate Place in Ashford.
As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own workload independently, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining the well-being and independence of residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the general maintenance of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas
- Overseeing contractors for communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning
- Developing and nurturing good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients
- Advising and empathizing with residents, typically aged 60 plus, on complaints, leasehold enquiries, or property alterations
- Using applications such as Outlook and Word
This role requires excellent communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work independently.
The salary for this position is £8,393.85 per annum, and the role involves working 12 hours per week.
