Description
Vattenfall is looking for a talented individual to contribute to the realization of high-quality and sustainable heat and cold networks within their Project Realization department.
As an Opzichter Projectrealisatie, you will be the face of the project on site, supervising the execution of new construction and renovation projects in Amsterdam Noord and Amsterdam West.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily supervision of ongoing projects
- Checking contractors' work against contracts, quality requirements, and technical standards
- Monitoring progress and identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Ensuring safety on the construction site and intervening where necessary
- Informing stakeholders about activities and handling their notifications professionally
- Conducting interim inspections, partial deliveries, and final controls
- Registering additional work, checking recalculations, and maintaining progress reports
You will also have the opportunity to work in the fault service, subject to discussion with your supervisor.
The ideal candidate has:
- An MBO 4 or higher level of education, preferably in a technical direction
- Work experience in a technical environment (e.g., construction, GWW sector, or similar technical branches)
- Knowledge of building techniques, civil engineering, or installation techniques
- Several years of experience as an inspector, executor, project preparer, or comparable roles
In return, Vattenfall offers a salary range of €3800-€4500 gross per month, a 38-hour workweek, and a comprehensive package of secondary employment conditions, including overtime bonuses, holiday pay, and a result-sharing scheme.
