Associate Consultant, Launch Graduate Program – 2027

Mastercard's Launch Graduate Program is an 18-month program that provides hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders. As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate with small teams to help clients solve strategic questions, create meaningful contributions, and gain broad exposure to various industries.

The program consists of two specialization tracks:

1. Strategy & Transformation: Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges.
2. Performance Analytics: Use quantitative and qualitative skills to drive data-led consulting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within small teams to help clients answer strategic questions.
• Create meaningful contributions through ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients.
• Gain broad exposure to a range of industries, including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master's degree with an expected graduation date in December 2026 – August 2027.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English.
• Availability to start in September 2027.
