Description
We are seeking an Assistant Chef to join our team at Red Court Care Home in Croydon. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering an excellent dining experience for our residents.
You will use your passion for cooking and fresh ingredients to create varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of our residents. You will also put forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience, help our residents feel at home, train and manage the kitchen team, and adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, and manage orders and deliveries.
In addition, you will be required to cater for special events or seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays as needed.
