We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 1040 Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27103-1309.

Responsibilities As a seasonal team member, you will:
- Provide excellent guest service and support a guest-first culture
- Enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Be able to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Have a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance

Salary The starting hourly rate for this role is $15.50 USD per hour.
