Are you a confident and influential programme leader? Do you have experience of delivering complex transformation, building productive stakeholder relationships and motivating teams to achieve successful outcomes?
As IT Programme Manager, you’ll lead complex digital transformation programmes across the Council, ensuring they are delivered to agreed outcomes, timescales and budgets. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, establish effective programme governance and manage risks, dependencies and change. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign services, introduce new ways of working and ensure that programmes deliver tangible benefits for the Council and its residents.
We’re looking for someone who is strategic, organised and solutions focused, with the skills to manage senior stakeholders and competing priorities. You’ll bring sound judgement and a collaborative approach, with a strong focus on good programme governance, clear accountability and effective management of risks, issues and dependencies. You’ll be able to bring structure to complex programmes, maintain strong oversight and assurance, and turn strategic priorities into clear, achievable plans and measurable outcomes.
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
