Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities on the floor
- Lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met
- Allocate tasks efficiently
- Inspect rooms and intervene as needed
- Manage supplies of materials and cleaning products
- Enforce internal procedures and ensure team compliance
- Resolve any issues or incidents on the floor promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
- Ability to organise work effectively while being attentive to staff and occupant needs
- Customer service skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team
