Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay

You will own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function, spanning Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding, and payments. You will set the governance model and service standards, partner with executive stakeholders, and build a team that delivers consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end P2P performance, from requisition and PO through receipt, invoice, approval, payment, and accrual
• Establish and enforce operational governance: policies, controls, SLAs/KPIs, approval matrices, and audit readiness (SOX)
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of requisitions, POs, and invoices
• Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards
• Own payment-run integrity, including approval controls and fraud prevention
• Resolve escalated payment and process issues
• Partner with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to define and deliver the automation and transformation roadmap
• Report on P2P performance using defined KPIs
• Oversee supplier risk, contract and PO compliance, and spend visibility
• Manage change by rolling out policy, process, and system updates
• Elevate customer satisfaction across internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Deliver quarterly business reviews with senior and executive stakeholders
• Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team

Requirements:

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, AP, or procurement operations
• 5+ years managing teams and managers
• Demonstrated end-to-end P2P expertise
• Track record of running operational governance
• Experience owning a team budget and managing vendor relationships
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level QBRs
• Proven ability to develop, train, and calibrate teams
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) plus a P2P platform
• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain

Preferred qualifications:

• APM, CPSM, CPA, or equivalent
• Experience scaling P2P operations in a high-growth environment
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement credentials
