Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic brand and product ambassador program, driving the brand image and product understanding on your university campus and in your region. Your goal will be to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Brand and Product Ambassador: Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way, grow the user base through product sampling, and build an insight-driven plan to engage and excite students.
- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers, collaborate with sales to open new distribution points, and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
- Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence, maintain and upkeep all Student Marketeer tools, and plan and report your activities via the dedicated online platform.
Requirements:
- A second or third-year student.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.
- Immersed in student life with thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.
- Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends.
- An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
- Must have a valid driving license.
