As the Senior Director of Product Management for Credit Bureau Reporting, you will lead platform strategy and execution to enable Capital One to drive onboarding and adoption. You will create a long-term roadmap for the platform that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Lines of Business (LOBs) to define and build reusable platform capabilities to support multiple Financial Products across the company
- Leading the development of a user-friendly experience that enables Lines of Business to create and innovate on Financial Products on the platform
- Driving the platform agenda to adhere to Enterprise Platform and Operational Excellence standards
- Ensuring the platform meets the requisite risk and compliance requirements
- Determining the optimal platform solutions with Tech Partners that balance business needs and engineering best practices
The product leader on this team will interface with stakeholders across all lines of business, including Card, FS, and Bank, and play a critical strategic role in modernization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Salary ranges:
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 per year
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 per year
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 per year
