We are seeking a Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a key player in our organisation, you will provide exceptional customer service, sell post office services and banking products, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and sell post office services and Postbank banking products in our branch service area
- Actively approach customers to offer them our products
- Manage and maintain the product range and inventory, including recording stock levels and participating in inventory tasks
- Support branch management in implementing operational regulations and quality management measures
Requirements:
- Ideally, experience in sales
- Enjoyment of selling
- Friendly, confident, and sympathetic demeanour
- We also consider applicants without relevant experience
