We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality work, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. You will help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions. You will build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. You will accurately document work using ServiceTitan. You will maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
