Customer Consultant

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Stade.

As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing independent advice to customers on financial products
• Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
• Working closely and trustfully with your branch team
• Organising your working day independently and being a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• A successful commercial education - ideally as a bank clerk or with several years of experience in customer consulting or sales
• Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
• A high interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
