This is a full-time Waiter/Waitress role covering breakfast, snack, and bar shifts. No two days are the same, making it fun! In the mornings, you'll prepare and replenish the breakfast buffet, serve coffee with a smile, and create a warm atmosphere. During bar shifts, you'll prepare drinks and simple snacks, attend to guests, and ensure they feel relaxed and well looked after. You'll also help behind the scenes, washing utensils, maintaining a clean kitchen, and prepping mise en place for the next day. Additionally, you'll carefully supervise food safety standards and manage stock orders.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and attending to guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Preparing drinks and simple dishes
- Replenishing and collecting the breakfast buffet
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant, bar, and kitchen
- Washing utensils and keeping the workspace tidy
- Supervising and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Managing stock orders and inventory
- Prepping mise en place for the next shift
