Description
We are seeking a Scientific Staff Member - Tax Law to join our team at our Frankfurt office starting January 2027.
As a Scientific Staff Member, you will work closely with our tax law experts to support complex corporate transactions, financial structures, and investment projects.
Key areas of focus include:
- International and European tax law
- Corporate tax law and restructuring
- Transaction-related tax law
- Investment tax law and asset management
- Tax advice on financing structures and products
- Value-added tax law
- Transfer pricing
- Tax-induced crisis management and tax compliance
