Description
We are looking for a scientific staff member to support our tax law department at our Düsseldorf office.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of tax-related projects, including international and European tax law, corporate tax law and restructuring, transaction-related tax law, investment tax law and asset management, and tax consulting for financing structures and products.
Key areas of focus:
- International and European tax law
- Corporate tax law/restructurings
- Transaction-related tax law
- Investment tax law and asset management
- Tax consulting for financing structures and products
- Sales tax law
- Support in transfer pricing issues
- Tax-induced crisis management and tax compliance
