We are seeking a Wealth Management Consultant to join our Private Customer Bank team in Berlin. As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients in the Wealth Management segment, identifying and tapping into client needs and potential through structured strategy discussions. Your core competence will be investment advice, encompassing advice on all products and services in Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured strategy discussions with clients to identify and tap into their needs and potential
- Provide comprehensive investment advice to clients, including advice on all products and services in Wealth Management
- Successfully advise clients with simple needs and refer clients with complex needs to experienced Wealth Management consultants or specialists
- Develop your competence at the client through regular exchange and close collaboration with experienced team members
- Maintain personal customer relationships with the goal of long-term customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Training as a bank clerk or a related qualification, further education and/or studies are desirable
- Consulting experience in the private customer sector and comprehensive knowledge of the MiFiD-compliant consulting process and product spectrum
- In-depth knowledge of investments, including financial market developments, as well as good experience in scheduling appointments to exploit customer potential
- High degree of customer and service orientation, sovereign, competent and friendly demeanor towards customers
- Enjoy working in a team, show initiative and assertiveness
