As a Senior Product Analyst (Member Acquisition Marketing) at Tide, you'll manage insights projects related to member growth and acquisition.

You will be presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations.

Your responsibilities include:

Using SQL and Python to interrogate data and solve key business problems
Improving performance marketing and growth initiatives with descriptive to prescriptive analytics
Dealing with ambiguity and forming questions into defined solutions
Supporting the analytics roadmap for customer strategy and acquisition efficiency
Collaborating with teams to integrate data sources from third-party platforms
Advising on member attribution by various channels
Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns
Supporting analytics leadership in prioritization and identification of business cases
Refining work items with the business for timely and quality deliverables
Championing storytelling, prioritization, and commercial mindset

To be a great fit, you need:

6+ years of experience in an analytics team, preferably in fintech
Experience in Performance Marketing
Sound understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts like Google Analytics, A/B testing, and Multi-touch attribution
Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive and influence teams
Strong SQL and visualization tool skills
Great storytelling skills and ability to explain complex concepts to business users
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives
