Description
Syneos Health is seeking an L&D Trainer to deliver professional or functional training to transfer knowledge or support the development of new skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in course development, classroom teaching, and training delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, internal training, either in-person or virtually, utilizing the best modality for the content and learning objectives.
- Utilize best-in-class facilitation skills and technology to conduct training, incorporating knowledge of cultural differences into delivery of content.
- Develop training delivery schedule and cadence to meet business needs.
- Schedule training in enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate logistics for training delivery, including room, facilities, and catering.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and guest presenters to gather input during training delivery.
- Provide feedback to instructional designers and course owners on content and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collect course feedback forms and submit roster to LMS Administrator.
Qualifications
- A.A./A.S. degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communication, Education, Science/Health discipline or similar discipline or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: course development, classroom teaching, training, course delivery.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based management tools, and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
