As a Retail Sales Consultant, you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and empowering customers to find the right products and services to transform their telecommunications experience.
You'll work in one of our retail stores across various locations, including Tweed City, Burleigh Heads, Coomera, Elanora, Helensvale, Pacific Fair, Robina, and Runaway Bay.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the right products and services
- Being the go-to tech expert and staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with your team to create a welcoming environment
