Description
IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, is seeking an Applications Development Specialist (Salesforce Admin) to join the Technology Services department.
The successful candidate will have:
Responsibilities:
- Understand the AppExchange Development Landscape end-to-end
- Support automation of scratch org creation using Salesforce DX development
- Configure CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce DX using Git
- Create and maintain orgs for development, testing, staging, and distribution of AppExchange products
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across various orgs
- Integrate external applications using MuleSoft
- Coordinate code promotion across environments and perform deployment activities
- Support data import/export activities and manage backups of key orgs
Skills & Requirements:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with AppExchange development experience
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce.com design, logic rules, and configuration changes
- Business-minded with strong analytical and technical skills in Salesforce.com
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with aggressive timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English with ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
We'd like to see:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- 4+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
- Familiarity with third-party integrations, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Lightning platform
