Description
We are seeking a Growth Lead for Brazil to shape and execute ChatGPT's growth plans. The successful candidate will partner with regional and market leaders to understand users across Brazil, prioritize the biggest growth opportunities, and turn those priorities into product improvements, funnel optimizations, and performance marketing tests.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional and market leaders to set a Brazil growth plan and market-level roadmap priorities
- Use user research, funnel and cohort data, and competitive insight to find local friction and prioritize opportunities
- Run performance marketing tests in collaboration with regional marketers
- Design and run rigorous experiments across onboarding, activation, repeat usage, re-engagement, and paid conversion
- Partner with regional Marketing and central media teams to brief and prioritize audience, positioning, creative, and channel tests
- Own the regional growth scorecard with market-level views across acquisition, retention, paid conversion, and unit economics
- Run the growth operating cadence with regional and market leaders
- Build and operate segmentation, lifecycle journeys, growth tooling, performance marketing, and product experimentation capabilities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience across product growth, growth marketing, data science, or growth strategy and operations
- A user-first track record of turning local research and behavior into product and growth priorities
- Strong command of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels
- Practical performance marketing experience
- Analytical fluency in cohort analysis and growth economics
- Experience adapting and running campaigns across Latin American markets
- Experience owning growth goals and delivering measurable user or revenue outcomes
