Mar Lodge is located in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, and is a residential home supporting seven males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who use our services.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide direct support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice. You will work closely with individuals to help them live fulfilling lives, supporting them with daily activities and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with everyday tasks

Requirements:
- A caring and respectful approach to supporting others
- Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures
- Experience in care or support work (desirable, but not essential – training provided)
