We are seeking an Auxiliary Kitchen staff to join our team at Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, a hotel located in front of Copacabana beach.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mise en place for daily menus based on received demands, assisting in food preparation
- Assist in distributing food to consumption areas (employee restaurant and sales points)
- Provide replenishment of food at all distribution points when necessary
- Organize raw material stock according to required food safety standards
- Take care of equipment and materials under your responsibility
- Comply with food safety good practices
