Join Accor, a leading hospitality group, at the Green Coast Hotel, a luxury beachfront hotel located in Palasë, Albania. As a Bartender, you will create high-quality beverages and deliver an engaging bar experience, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and brand standards.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Handle bar supplies, recommend beverages, and promote specials.
- Manage cash and POS transactions accurately, comply with health and safety regulations, and monitor guest consumption responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information: The company provides accommodation in a shared apartment, daily transportation, two meals per day, and covers round-trip flight tickets from your home country.
