Description
We are seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our team at Target. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in MOP creation, reviewing, approving, and oversight, planning, designing, and implementing power, cooling, and infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise for corrective and preventive maintenance, participating in an on-call rotation as the escalation point for medium/high severity events and incidents, conducting site surveys, load verifications, and walk-throughs to support designs, reviewing BMS/EPMS data for capacity and performance assessments, supporting small to medium infrastructure and maintenance projects, and providing engineering guidance to technician teams for day-to-day operations.
The pay range for this role is $75,400.00 - $135,700.00 per year. Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of data center or mission critical experience
- Understanding of generators, switchgear, chillers, fire systems, CRAH, PDU, RPP, UPS systems
- Proficient in reading/understanding MEP building prints, onelines, and sequence of operations
- Familiar with Osha 10/30, NFPA 70E, ASHRAE
- Strong MOP/SOP/EOP creation, oversight, and approval experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Moderate to advanced PC Skills
- Ability to alter shift to accommodate maintenance or shift coverage
