Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients, document case details, and outline action items
- Conduct investigations, assess insurance coverage, and gather evidence
- Negotiate with adjusters, prepare cases for trial, and litigate when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case processing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (relocation assistance provided)
- Strong team player with a desire to advocate for injured clients
