As a Global Proposals Intern at Fortrea, you'll join a global team where curiosity, motivation, and fresh ideas are celebrated. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and see firsthand how clinical research and healthcare innovation change lives.
The Global Proposals Team supports the Fortrea Global Commercial Organization by completing the written proposal and/or budget in support of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) content from new and returning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on actual department assignments linked to Fortrea's mission
- Gain in-depth business acumen and learn how the company operates
- Develop a strong foundation in general business acumen
- Work with global teams and subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Learn how to use Salesforce, SharePoint, and a complete suite of Cloud-based platforms
Requirements:
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in STEM, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, or Mathematics
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
- Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
