Description
Howden is seeking a Regional Commercial Director Corporate to lead their corporate client portfolio in Belgium. You will build sustainable relationships with clients across various insurance branches, including property, liability, transportation, and employee benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new commercial opportunities within the corporate segment
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with clients and insurers
- Advising on risk management and insurance strategies across multiple branches
- Negotiating and closing high-level contracts
- Coordinating with internal teams to provide client-focused solutions
- Managing a team of Corporate Account Managers
- Initiating commercial actions and market-oriented campaigns
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the insurance sector
- Strong commercial drive and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking abilities and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term relationships and deal-making
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- University degree or equivalent experience
