Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their Consumer & Local Commercial team in Shrewsbury.
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to large organisations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts
- Assisting Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention and meeting customer expectations
- Processing data promptly and accurately on relevant systems
