The Art of Musketeering is a way of life as a Red Bull Musketeer. You will be an ambassador of the Red Bull brand, working with top bars, restaurants, clubs, and hospitality venues to drive trial and consumption.
You will have autonomous and flexible work, owning your territory and schedule, with the trust to integrate your personality and working style to achieve goals.
Your daily work will be interesting and challenging, meeting diverse people, from club owners to influencers, and experiencing an evolving industry.
The Red Bull Ambassador role involves being on the floor, representing the company, and seeking new opportunities. You will combine organisational skills with enthusiasm to create a network on the local scene.
Responsibilities:
- Be a territory expert, knowing your territory like the back of your hand
- Manage the business, taking responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing initiatives
- Drive marketing initiatives, breaking down the marketing strategy to ensure Red Bull is #1 in your territory
- Maintain a laser-sharp sales focus, convincing key players with your personality and selling skills
- Lead negotiations with customers to bring about strong partnership agreements
- Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing
