Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Derby Eagle Centre, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be required to work Monday from 12:00-17:00, Friday from 12:00-17:00, and Saturday from 11:00-17:15. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering five-star customer service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
As a Customer Assistant, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who takes pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and is ready to meet strong customer demand head-on.
