Description
We are seeking penultimate or final year law students for our 2029 Training Contract internship in summer 2027.
The internship will last four weeks with two seat rotations, allowing you to work with lawyers from different practice groups. You will participate in real legal work, such as research, due diligence, drafting memoranda or agreements under lawyer supervision. Through hands-on participation, you will observe how Sidley lawyers solve problems and create opportunities for clients.
We look for students with outstanding academic qualifications, anticipating at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent in law. Beyond academics, we seek individuals intrigued by the commercial world, able to work well with others, and interact effectively with clients. Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua is essential.
Responsibilities:

- Penultimate or final year law students
- Anticipated 2.1 degree or equivalent in law
