Description
We are seeking an Executive Support Ops Lead to join our Information Technology organization. As a global, diversified alternative investment firm, Millennium relies on its IT infrastructure to support its active, multi-manager model. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day technology support for the CEO's administrative team, serving as the primary point of contact, trusted technical advisor, and escalation lead.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technology support for the CEO's administrative team across various environments
- Partner with the CEO's assistants and administrative staff to understand schedules, priorities, and event requirements
- Ensure executive meeting readiness, including VC and AV setup for Zoom, Webex, and other platforms
- Coordinate across technology teams to manage projects, upgrades, and service updates
- Support core productivity and identity platforms, including O365, Exchange, and multifactor authentication
- Support key financial services applications, including Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in VIP or executive support, trading floor support, or desktop engineering
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, iOS, and macOS environments
- Experience using AI platforms to support research, automation, and documentation workflows
- Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and conference room technology solutions
- Experience with mobile device management tools, such as Intune and BlackBerry
The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000. We offer a total compensation package, including a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
