SAP BTP Platform Operations

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SAP BTP Platform Operations specialist. You will be responsible for operating and administering SAP BTP global accounts, directories, subaccounts, and spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer SAP BTP global accounts, directories, subaccounts, and spaces.
• Manage entitlements, quotas, and service allocations.
• Support lifecycle management of Foundation and Managed Extended Services.
• Monitor platform health, logging, and operational governance.
• Process incidents, service requests, and operational changes.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Administer subaccounts, spaces, and basic entitlements.
• Configure destinations and connectivity, including assisted Cloud Connector activities.
• Manage user access and role collections in BTP.
• Support application deployments using basic Cloud Foundry knowledge.
• Monitor BTP services and integration flows, with basic exposure to CPI / Integration Suite.

Project & Support Delivery

• Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks.
• Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Requirements

• SAP Basis experience.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, even at a basic level, is highly valuable.
• Initial experience with SAP BTP and cloud concepts.
