Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Be flexible and adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment
Working Hours: Week 1: Sunday 06:00-14:00 Monday 12:00-20:00 Wednesday 05:00-13:00 Thursday 05:00-13:00 Friday 05:00-13:00
Week 2: Monday 14:00-22:00 Tuesday 14:00-22:00 Wednesday 10:00-18:00 Saturday 05:00-13:00
Additional Information:
- Under 18 disclaimer: This job role involves working early mornings, and this means we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.
- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
