Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Operations team in Baja, MX. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for assigning activities and responsibilities to team members, coordinating and participating in cyclic counts requested by the Hardware area, and ensuring that safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to employees through leadership, guidance, training, and development
- Assist in directing work activities of personnel
- Use cost controls through efficient use of resources such as labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure productivity, quality, and customer objectives are met
- Provide leadership for assigned operations to foster multifunctional teamwork
- Support the functioning of the team's process and related activities, facilitate and lead project improvement processes
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications
- Focus on Industrial Safety
- High school diploma or Technical Career
