Description
We're looking for a Principal Technical Architect to join our Customer Success team. You'll bring bold ideas and drive to transform financial services through innovation and execution. You'll work with medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants to build integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform.
Responsibilities:
- Apply abstract reuse patterns to integrations and code on platform and elsewhere using nCino supported languages
- Manipulate how Salesforce leverages, utilizes, and generates nCino supported languages
- Provide technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants
- Co-lead integrations from third-party systems into the nCino platform
- Document process and procedure to help streamline integration methodology
- Build and document testing requirements for unique projects
- Provide solution and integration development with Salesforce.com
- Evaluate vendor API and interface specifications
- Handle multiple projects effectively while delivering exceptional quality
- Work independently and prioritize time and projects
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans
- Drive customer success with a team player attitude
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to design, build, articulate and defend architectural designs
- Salesforce Dev401 certification
- Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies
- Experience using ETL/integration platforms
- Financial Services experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
Desired:
- Large FI experience, particularly with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems
- Informatica experience
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript
- Salesforce System Architect
- Object-oriented languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, C++
- ETL/integration platforms such as Cast Iron, Informatica, SnapLogic
