Description
We are seeking a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer to join our Matter Optimisation Team in Frankfurt or Munich.
The successful candidate will focus on transaction and project management in real estate transactions, with additional exposure to various areas of law such as corporate law, banking law, tax law, and investment law.
Key responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with our lawyers and partners in all phases of transactions
- Coordination of due diligence processes, including the use of AI-powered review and analysis tools
- Advisory role in cross-border transactions with direct contact to clients
- Application of various legal tech solutions in client work and development of application possibilities in collaboration with our legal tech team
- Further development and marketing of the Matter Optimisation Team in Germany
To be considered, you should have:
- A qualification as a business lawyer (m/w/d), an above-average LL.B. or LL.M. degree
- Initial experience in real estate / corporate transactions / due diligence
- Enthusiasm for technological developments in the legal market, particularly the use of AI and legal tech
- Fluent communication in English and German
- A technical mindset and openness to developments in the legal consulting market
- Confident and convincing demeanor, flexibility, and high service and commitment readiness
- Careful and structured work style, hands-on mentality, and pronounced team ability
