We are seeking ambitious Trainee Lawyers (Referendare) to join our Corporate Law / M&A team in Munich from January 2027.
As a Trainee Lawyer in our Corporate Law / M&A team, you will work on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings of international corporations. You will advise clients on complex corporate governance issues, liability of directors and compliance.
Key areas of focus:
- National and international corporate acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures, and transactions in regulated markets
- Corporate restructuring and development of group structures
- Advising management bodies on strategic decisions and complex corporate governance issues, liability of directors, and compliance
- Advice on shareholders' meetings and defence of companies against subsequent shareholder claims
