Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Shanghai.
As a Financial Analyst, you will develop and deliver financial reporting, controls, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information. You will prepare, interpret, and analyze financial data, business metrics, and ad-hoc reports for global management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and producing monthly financial reports and commentary
- Preparing key reports such as annual cost and expense budgets, cost rates, and revenue backlog analysis
- Serving as a key contact point for interpretation and investigation of financial results
- Providing financial insights to business growth trends and profitability
- Assisting management and others within the Finance department with miscellaneous projects
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with accounting software packages, preferably Oracle Finance
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills
