Description
We are seeking a Treasury Guarantee Administrator to join our Group Treasury team at Vattenfall, which acts as an internal bank for the company. In this role, you will work with guarantees and security solutions that support the business across the entire Vattenfall group.
Your responsibilities will include managing guarantee cases throughout the entire process, from analysis and internal coordination to issuance, follow-up, and closure. You will also handle and coordinate parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, and other forms of collateral, providing advisory services to the business on guarantee and security-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury, banking, or a similar field, with a background in guarantees, financial commitments, risk issues, or complex contract structures. You will be expected to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in Swedish and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key qualifications and experience:
- Academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
- Several years of relevant work experience in treasury, banking, or a similar field
- Experience with guarantees, collateral, risk management, or related areas
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of financial and contractual risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, letters of credit, or other forms of collateral
- Background in the energy sector or other capital-intensive industries
- Familiarity with treasury or finance systems
- Collaboration experience with legal functions and contract-related work
